Vendor Guide (Registration & Orders Management)
How to register as Vendor ?
You can register as a vendor by clicking on “Login” link in the main menu.
Step 1: Login/Register Page : https://altresz.com/my-account/?redirect_to=https://altresz.com/
Step 2: On login page, you can see “Register”. Select “I am a vendor” and fill all the details in the form. Once the form is filled, click on “Register” button.
Step 3: Once you click on “Register” button. Your vendor account will be created. Now, you can access your ‘Vendor dashboard ‘ in Vendor Management Link in the main menu. You can also access the link here : https://altresz.com/dashboard/
Step 4: Once, you have access to the dashboard, you can now update your business profile picture ( 500 x 500 pixels) and upload business banner (625 x 300 pixels). You can access store setting link here : https://altresz.com/dashboard/settings/store/
Step 5: Update your bank details in your store settings: Click here : https://altresz.com/dashboard/settings/payment-manage-bank/
How to add products to your store ?
Step 1: You can access your products in the vendor dashboard. click here: https://altresz.com/dashboard/products/
Step 2: Click on “Add New Product”. A new pop up comes up as shown below
Step 3: In the pop, fill the following details (i) Product Image (The product image size should be square 512 x 512 pixels) (ii) Product Name (iii) Price (MRP) (iv) Discounted Price (If any discount available) (v) Click on + symbol and add more images of the product if available. (vi) Select category of the product (vii) Add tags related to the product which will help in search) (viii) Add description of the product.
And click on “Create Product” to add one product. And if you have more products, click on “Create & Add New” for new product popup to come up.
Step 4: Once you click on “Create Product’, then edit product page is opened which as below. You can update some details here. or directly publish your product.
In this section, do not select ‘Downloadable’ or ‘Virtual’.
However, if you can want to manage stock of the product. You can scroll down and click on ‘Enable Product Stock Management’.
In this section, you can enter the Stock quantity (i.e product quantity). And if you want to get notified of low cost, enter the “Low Stock threshold” value to get notified of the low stock.
How to manage stock of your product ?
If you want to manage stock of the product. You can edit the product and scroll down and click on ‘Enable Product Stock Management’.
