REFUND POLICY:
We do not provide refunds for any products purchased from our website. However, we do provide replacements if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, and if the product is returned to our delivery person immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and our delivery person will collect the product from you. Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it and determine whether a replacement is necessary. If a replacement is necessary, we will deliver a new product to you as soon as possible.
We do not provide refunds for any products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery. We also do not provide refunds for products that have been lost or stolen after delivery.
EXCEPTIONS:
We may make exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances, such as when a product is out of stock or unavailable for replacement. In such cases, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
